REHOBOT’s rescue equipment is not only suitable for rescue operations related to car accidents. Removal of bricks of concrete or opening of elevator doors is also possible with the equipment from REHOBOT.

Hand operated tools - Our hand driven tools are compact and has a with low weight. They are therefore easy to handle and carry. Manual rescue tools - Manual tools are the preferred choice of equipment in many situations. For instance in natural disasters, accidents at remote locations and earth quakes where there is an unavailability of electricity and gas Many customers of REHOBOT use such tools as a back up unit or complement to their normal engine driven pump units. The design of our manual operated tools enable them to be used at once, without preparations.

Rescue kits are suitable for fast and small rescue vehicles such as ambulances, helicopters and small rescue vans where weight and space is limited. The rescue kits are also suitable as back up systems when more complex systems are in use. REHOBOT - THE SUPPLIER OF RELIABLE RESCUE SOLUTIONSWe offer more than simple products - we offer complete solutions. All REHOBOT motor driven tools are equipped with several safety features. It is a warrant to obtain a reliable and safe usage of the rescue equipment.
Safety - Our products are among the safest on the market. They are characterized by the security features built into all motorized rescue tools manufactured by REHOBOT.
Safety valves - Prevents the tool from overloading by limit-ing the maximum hydraulic pressure. Safety valves also protect the device if the return hose is connected incor-rectly.
Dead mens grip - All tools are equipped with the same type of directional valve. It is an ergonomic rotary valve with integrated dead-man GRIP. The rotary valve is used to control the tool movement cycle. Valve replacement is quick and easy by removing four screws. Hold function - The tools can be disconnected during operation. The tool does not move out of position even if the handle is rotated by mistake when the hoses are dis-connected.

RAPID & FLEXIBLEQuick couplings with dust caps are clearly marked to prevent incorrect con-nection of the tool.

Parrot blades provide and optimal cutting performance whenusedtocutextremelysolidandflatmaterials. The best characteristics of the eagle type blades are the fact that they have a longer cutting range compared with parrot blades. It all mean that eagle blades get a better grip on the cutted object. DOUBLE ACTING HAND OPERATED SPREADERS AND CUTTERSHSS hand operated cutters have a pump body and lever that can rotate step-lesslythough360°.Itisthereforepossibletoworkwiththesecuttersinanyposition and therefore in a more comfortable working position. The integrated double-speed manual pump makes the tool being ready for work within seconds.
The HSS100 cutter is equipped with ”parrot” type blades. This type of blades means that the object to cut is brought to the center of the blades which meansbettercuttingperformanceonflatandheavyobjects.HSS105,ontheother side, is equipped with ”eagle” typ of blades. Those blades are serrated which gives better grip on large objects.

The max. pushing force at 12.2 ton and the max. pulling force at 3 ton are suitable for many different rescue challenges. Furthermore, there are several different accessories available, which enhance the rams possibilities even more.

Motor driven rescue tools from REHOBOT are provided with a twist-grip control with dead man’s handle. This means that the tool will stop immediately and remain in its position when the handle is released.
Furthermore, all rescue tools are equipped with a built-in safety valve which protects the tools from overload. Besides that, the valve prevents the return hose being connected wrongly.

PME - (ELECTRIC) & PMP - (PETROL) DRIVEN RESCUE PUMP
Hydraulic double-speed motor pumps giving a high flow rate and driven by electric motor. The double-speed design provides increased flow at low load for faster rescue efforts (cross over pressure 8.5 MPa). Up to two tools can be operated simultaneously. Working pressure 800 Bar.
PME2022 - model: Two tools can be connected at the same time and oper-ated simultaneously.

Pressure gauge ATM801 A pressure gauge are installed on all engine driven pumps. The gauge permit an accurate control of the hydraulic pressure of the system.

PMP - SERIES MINI PUMP
Mini pumps are the right choice when there is need for small and porta-ble pumps for quick rescue tasks. When space is highly limited and there-fore valuable, a mini pump may be the solution for your tool problem.
Two different models are available. Either supporting connection of one rescue tool (PMP1211) or two rescue tools (PMP1221). The pump is able to power one tool at the time and has an effective air cooling system. Max working pressure is 800 bar.

One notoriously tricky task carried out by workshop staff is the removal of a seized king pin – a vital steering system component connected to the stub axle.
user friendly - Traditional solutions to the problem are far from ideal. One method employs an acetylene torch to heat up the axle, expanding it slightly so that the king pin can be forced out with a heavy, blunt instrument such as a sledge hammer. REHOBOT’s 23 ton King Pin Press is a far more simpler, hydraulic solution to the problem.

universal - The hydraulic spring compressor uses common jaws which in many cases are already part of the workshop equipment. Jaws are avail-able for many different car models.
