Introduction
Professionals need a product that:
• Works effectively: Product has to perform
• Environmentally and people safe
• Leaves no residual affects on the environment
• Is not harmful to people using the product
• Makes sense economically
HD-40 SIMPLY A BETTER PRODUCT
•Bio-Based: One of the highest bio-based content of any cleaner and degreaser
•Non-Toxic: Non-toxic
•Non-Hazardous: Diluted to a Ready-To-Use
•Non-Flammable: No flash point, not capable of igniting and burning
•Non-Caustic: Not capable of burning, corroding, or destroying living tissue
•Non-Corrosive: Will not destroy or damage surfaces
•Readily Biodegradable: Degrades into the environment rapidly, easily and completely
•Ultra low foaming: A faster cleaning and degreasing process
•Economical: One solution will do it all from heavy degreasing to light cleaning
•Cost: Comparable or less in price than most other well-known brands
•Convenience: HD-40 is a “Multi-Use Solution”, purchase only one product
Global BioClean, Inc., is the leader in the “Green Industry” for environment and people
safe cleaning and degreasing solutions. Our bio-based colloidal chemistry formulations
produce safe and effective solution replacements for conventional and potentially
dangerous petroleum solvent and toxic chemical based cleaning agents that are
commonly used.
FACTORY DIRECT PRICINGHD-40 is sold FACTORY DIRECT to the end user, with NO DISTRIBUTION COSTS.
Typical distribution costs can be as much as 60%, AND, on top of that most distributors
add an addition delivery fee or shipping charges. Chemical manufacturers add water to
their product to absorb their distribution costs, in some products water may make up as
much as 98% of the product. All that added water adds up to a lot of costs in a product
that simply adds no value. By selling FACTORY DIRECT we offer a high quality heavy
concentrate product for less, adding value, and delivered as the customer requires.

Our Mission: To leave the world a better place than we found it.
Petrochemical based
products are easily absorbed
into the skin. Once
absorbed, the toxins travel
to the blood stream and are
deposited in the fatty tissues
where they may exist
indefinitely.
Our Goal: To rid the planet of unnecessary toxic and hazardous
cleaning and degreasing products.
Within 26 seconds after
exposure to toxic
chemicals traces of these
chemicals can be found in
every organ in the body.
With the surge in environmental awareness of the general
public, companies are fast coming to the realization that
being environmentally responsible has rewards.
Environmentally friendly products are in greater demand,
consumers are choosing healthy goods and companies are
being punished by clients, consumers and the stock market
for ecologically unsound, unsustainable or polluting
practices.
Not only are toxic and hazardous cleaning and
degreasing products polluting our homes, schools, and
workplaces, tons of them are dumped into landfills and
sewers every year ending up in our water, rivers,
lakes, and the ocean.

USDA CERTIFIED BIOBASED
Global BioClean applied to the USDA to have its
cleaners and degreasers under the brand name of
AgriSolv® be included in its BioPreferred Program.
The AgriSolv® Brand Solutions family of products
tests at 82% biobased and is now certified as such
by the USDA and included in its catalog. The
minimum biobased content requirement for Industrial
Cleaners is 41%. HD-40 is one of the highest
biobased content products available, well above the
qualifying standard.
Biobased products are derived from plants and
other renewable agricultural, marine, and forestry
materials and provide an alternative to conventional
petroleum derived products. Biobased products
include diverse categories such as lubricants,
cleaning products, inks, fertilizers, and bioplastics.
For purposes of the USDA BioPreferred program,
biobased products do not include food, animal feed,
or fuel.
This label assures a
consumer that the product
contains a verified amount
of renewable biological
ingredients (referred to as
biobased content).
Consumers can trust the
label to mean what it says
because manufacturer's
claims concerning the
biobased content are third-
party certified and strictly
monitored by USDA.

"ONE PRODUCT SOLUTION"
From Heavy Degreasing down to spotless
Glass Cleaning by customizing dilutions
rather than purchasing multiple products
HD-40 is a viscous, amber colored, colloidal liquid, made available in a highly
concentrated form. It is not a soap or cleaner in the conventional sense. It is bio-based,
and also bio-degradable, meeting the definition stipulated in Section 9002 of FSRIA
(the Farm Bill of 2002).
HD-40 contains no polyethylene glycols, benzene, triclosan or other chemicals, yet its
cleaning effectiveness equals or surpasses almost any detergent, cleaner or soap in
the global marketplace today. Despite all its unique and remarkable qualities, HD-40 is
surprisingly economical to use, offering product and labor savings of up to 50% and
more over common conventional cleaners and degreasers.
HD-40 will do it all from cleaning windows to
heavy degreasing. There is no need to purchase
multiple products. Chemical companies have
consumers trained to purchase multiple products
that are targeted to a particular cleaning or
degreasing application. For example, by their
marketing approach to clean an automobile
you would need a car wash soap, glass cleaner,
tire cleaner, wheel cleaner, upholstery cleaner,
carpet cleaner, engine degreaser, and a spot
remover. That adds up to potentially eight
separate products maximizing their profit
potential. Only one product is all
that is actually required, AgriSolv® HD-40.

HD-40 is a colloidal micelles solution that works on a molecular level. They break the
attraction of molecules to each other and to a surface. Once this attraction is broken,
residue is easily and safely rinsed away. Colloidal micelles solutions are especially
effective against organic dirt and soil such as grease, oil, and 98% of all stains.
HD-40
How Does HD-40 work?
What is HD-40 made of?
Every formula has specific ingredients but the more
common ingredients are mostly bio-based plant
extract, vegetable starches, amino acids,
hydrogenated corn oil, organic alcohol, nonionic
surfactants, vegetable-based fatty acids,
alkanolamines, and water. When formulations of
these ingredients are blended at specific time
intervals, temperatures and sequences, they lose
their former characteristics and a new substance is
created described as "colloidal micelles.”
How do they work?
The nanotechnology of colloidal micelles causes electrical charges to be instilled in
the solution. The electromagnetic strength of the colloidal cleaner is greater than the
electromagnetic forces holding the dirt and grime to the dirty surface. This results in
the dirt being magnetically attracted to the cleaner solution and pulled away from the
dirty surface. The surface is not affected, only the dirt. The dirt breaks up into tiny
molecular droplets and each droplet is surrounded by the cleaner. This keeps it from
being redeposited on the clean surface and the solution can be rinsed or wiped
away. In this fashion, oil and grease are completely converted into a NANO-
EMULSION which cannot revert back to oil. Unlike most cleaners that merely lift oil
off a surface and redeposit it, the emulsified oils and organics that result when
micelles are used, are quickly broken down by bacteria and absorbed into the
environment.
You would never cross
the street without
looking both ways,
walk alone down a dark
alley at three a.m., or
tell your child to accept
rides from strangers.
So why expose
yourself, employees,
and your families to
hazardous, toxic, and
even carcinogenic
chemicals every single
day?
HD-40 does not contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), one of the
most dangerous health hazards, or ingredients which are commonly used in
other cleaners and are known to cause cancer.

HD-40......good for business, good for the planet, and the right thing to do
Companies realize the business world is linked to the environment. If you
think about it, all products either come from something mined or something
grown. The environment provides critical support to the economic ecosystem in
not only financial capital but also natural capital! The "environmental angle" is not
just a nice strategy tool for businesses; it has now become an essential competitive
business strategy.
Everything has changed. Today, environmental missteps can create public
relations nightmares. If your business strategy toolbox does not include
environmental impact and awareness you are likely missing huge opportunities in
markets shaped by environmental factors. Smart companies are now seizing
competitive advantage through strategic management of environmental challenges.
Companies can transform toxic chemical concerns into new advantages to
create new opportunities to cut costs, build competitive advantage against their
competition, and promote environmental stewardship.
