The confirmation of the said space is subject to your party following the rulesthat may be intimated to them by any authorized personnel before, during or after the activity.

For atrium events- fabrication, installation and removal of collaterals to be taken by the client.

Display material (flex ,vinyl etc) to be provided by the client. Installation and maintenance of the displayby the client and the fixing charges to be borne by the client.

Branding must be in keeping with the rules and regulations prevailing in Tamil Nadu

The client has to ensure safety at the time of installation of display/event collaterals or during the tenureof display/event. In case of damage to anyone or building at the time of installation/removal or during thedisplay/event, the client will be solely responsible for the same.

The display should be removed by the client on the due date without causing any damage to anyone or

building.

Add: Service Tax @ 10.3%

Payment: 100% in advance, atleast three days prior to the activity date,Cheque /DD infavor of Brookefields Estates Pvt Ltd
