Our Deepest Sympathies

To David Harrold on the loss of his wife, Naomi Ruth Lowther Harrold, age 77 years, who passed away Friday, June 28, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. They had celebrated forty-one years of marriage. Our condolences also to her extended family. Ruth will be sorely missed by family, friends and her church family.

Due to the heavy rainfall last week, it caused

significant local flooding in RANDOLPH

COUNTY along with Preston, Grant, Pendleton, and Tucker counties. They are all dealing with this devastating disaster. The school of Harman was flooded, and roads and bridges were washed out. East of Elkins, DOH reports indicated several roads were closed in Randolph County because of water and/or mudslide damage.

Governor Declares State of Emergency On Monday, Gov. Jim Justice declared a state of emergency for Preston, Grant, Pendleton, Tucker and Randolph counties due to heavy rainfall causing significant local flooding.
