Christ is Risen! Indeed He is Risen! Dearly beloved in risen Christ,

This is the time of rejoice! For the righteous world, this is the occasion of the triumph of heavens over evil. The powers of the malevolent forces have been ruined by the sacrifice and resurrection of son of God. On Friday, the sky and earth have witnessed the acts of cruelty, hostility and injustice towards its creator. On the third day it is the dawn of Peace, Hope and Love.

The message of Easter is the prophecy of eternal Love, Peace and Harmony. God became man to save the men and women from their sins and its immoral sources. The infernal deeds and lack of humanity detached men from God and summoned him to unholy powers. The gifts given by God to human race in the form of strength, intellect and resources should be utilised wisely for the wellbeing of the universe and spreading the Love of Lord. Here comes the relevance of His resurrection which brings Peace and Hope. He became man to express us the way of life. He manifested to all that He was a real Man. One obvious distinction marked our Lord's humanity; His perfection and sinlessness. As a Man He was made under the law, yet He never violated the law. As a Man He was tempted in all the points in which we are tempted (I John 2:16), yet His temptation was apart from any thought, word, or act of sin. They made to carry Him the cross of torture and agony. He accepted it for the sake of salvation of the world, shed His blood to save us and our generations.

Today the world is passing through many radical challenges. There are masses of people across the world sufferings from poverty, suppression of their faith, destitution, forced migration from home-land, rejection of asylum, war crimes, cruelty to children and women and so on. The shocking picture of the little boy Aylan Kurdi who drowned during the migration from Syria to Europe is still in our

eyesight. Let us all remember the deprived masses in our prayers and be the servants of Heaven to transfer the love of God. May the power of His Mercy transform their lives in Love and Peace.

Dearly beloved, the theme of Resurrection is passover from suppres-sion to the freedom of goodness, must be accomplished always in our everyday lives. The rejuvenated spirit in you with the living flesh and blood of Christ would be instrumental for contenting the joy and peace in you. May it help you to spread the new covenant of Love and Peace to the world. Let us acclaim the grace of Christ’s Resurrec-tion! Let us be renewed by God’s mercy, let us be loved by Jesus, let us enable the power of his love to transform our lives too; and let us become agents of this mercy, channels through which God can sustain the universe, protect all its creation and make justice and peace on earth.
