IM NOT CHANGING THE SITE OR THE LAND OR THE BUILDINGS. I WANT TO HAVE MY LAWN AND LANDSCAPE BUSINESS WHERE I RESIDE. No customers come here, I’m not selling anything off the property. There are commercial properties on 3 sides of the property. Code enforcement advised us to start this process as they already had a meeting about it and said it is possible.

Plans for re-zoning
• The house will remain as our residence and home office • The current existing structure will be used for storage of tools and equipment • No plans to add any buildings • The property is fully fenced in, and also the house is fenced separately • No customers will be coming to property • Main use will be running a lawn and landscape company
o We don’t sell any products as we only do installations and maintence o Employees come and pick up their truck and trailer in the am at 7 and are back by 6pm
• We can add any landscaping that is needed to comply with new zoning. At this time, I didn’t have plans on adding anything as the property is kept neat and tidy as is.
• I attached photos of the property along with the 2 sides of the property’s neighbors who are currently zoned commercial. Also, the property directly behind us has a ALS scheduled for a build. So almost all 4 sides are currently commercial.
