Preciado Concept 1 & 2

I digitally color rendered the residential concept landscape plans by imputing the design form BricsCAD into SketchUp. The landscape has two concepts for the client and Landscape Designer to review. I also created the design in 3-D using SketchUp. I discuss the design with the designer and create a presentation for the client. I added 3-D design features I created and from SketchUp’s online library to the design

Plan view: I selected the hardscape and softscape materials colored in the plan view based on the Landscape Designer’s digital drawing. I chose the plan view plant symbols and impute them into the design using LandFX and SketchUp.

3-D: I created the retaining wall, slope, and design features in SketchUp to show the new design. I recreated the existing BBQ and stone veneer fire pit. I selected the 3-D plant symbols and imputed them into the design using LandFX and SketchUp.
