Task
You had to answer three homework questions for today. For each answer you were provided with a structure (scaffolding) to help you answer each of the questions.
We are going to split the marking up as follows
Question 1 – Mark your own work
Question 2 – Peer mark
Question 3 – Mr Kidd and Mr Kennedy will mark

Furthermore the demands made on cardio respiratory endurance and speed endurance can significantly effect how a performer maintains his/her skill level throughout the 90 minute period.
