Task

You had to answer three homework questions for today. For each answer you were provided with a structure (scaffolding) to help you answer each of the questions.

We are going to split the marking up as follows

Question 1 – Mark your own work

Question 2 – Peer mark

Question 3 – Mr Kidd and Mr Kennedy will mark

Fitness requirements of Football

Football is a fast fluctuating game involving bouts of intense energy sprints interspersed with periods of low intense walks or jogs.

Furthermore the demands made on cardio respiratory endurance and speed endurance can significantly effect how a performer maintains his/her skill level throughout the 90 minute period.
