Smart education aims to build an intelligent and customized educational system fro strengthening competencies of 21st century learners by 5 themes or approaches with 5 initial letters of S M A R T: S is self directed learning, M for motivated learning, A for individually adapted learning, R for open and free educational resource enriched and T for toal smart education infrastructure embedded on technology.

Well this smart education is the Korean vision for the future, although being challenged in many aspects. Sharing and understanding those challenges, let me tell you some details more by picking the three best stories of ICT in education.
