BACK GROUNDin the scout course, for send of secret

information usually using codes are secret like as semaphore code and morse code, where it’s just know by the group having in interest.

at the scout usually semaphore code doing by human as information of sender, but with applied of technology, sending code of information able to change by semaphore robot as model for learning of students.

Making model of instrument semaphore code in the form of semaphore robot for learning the scout students.

PROBLEM LIMITATION

- Distance maximal given input are 100 cm from the mic. - Design just implementation code from A-Z.- Making mechanic consist at the arm robot for simulation model semaphore code.- Using 4 servo as movement arm for make semaphore code.

CONCLUTION System able to discriminate the voice whistle

that different for shaped character A-Z with identification one by one voice value that saved And can to showing to output shaped movement semaphore robot.

Voltage output microphone depend on amplifier that voice and have value between 0-50mV.

For Getting the best amplifier, microphone output must be use pre-amp first before use op-amp. Because output microphone was to small and can damaged voice signal.

total tolerantion error average subsystem up to 8%.

Success level this robot up to 98%.
