About GPCL GPCL was established in 2002 as a sole manufacturer for steel casting supplier

under guidance of Mr. Dhirubhai. O. Patel (Managing Director) & Mr. HimanshuD. Patel (Director).

GPCL group consists of Sand Casting unit and a Machine Shop.

GPCL group is coming up with Investment Casting unit starting up by the beginningof 2019.

GPCL adopted no bake moulding process in 2010 making change over from Co2 –sodium silicate process for achieving manufacturing consistency for quality castingsin sand casting.

In no time, GPCL established itself as a reliable supplier for its process, consistencyin quality & delivery in sand casting industry due to its dedicated team, world classinfrastructure & most importantly, its customer’s trust in them.

GPCL Capacity Moulding Process : Alkaline phenolic (Alphaset) for making moulds & cores. Moulding line : IMF – Italy make semi automatic loop line. Simulation Software : Softcast Dimension range : L = 2000 mm, B = 1500 mm, H = 1500 mm. Furnace Capacity : 350Kg/650Kg/1200Kg/4500Kg Type of Furnace : Medium frequency induction furnace( Inductotherm make) Weight range : Few Kg - 2500 Kg/Pc. Monthly capacity : 400 Tons/Month. Grades Manufactured : CS, LAS, SS, Duplex, Super duplex, Heat Resistant, customized NDT facilities : In house UT/ RT/MPT/DPT facilities Testing facility : In house sand, chemical & mechanical properties testing lab. Heat Treatment : In house annealing, quenching, normalizing, tempering etc. Machining Facility : In house VMC, TC, HMC, Boring & VTL facility. Land & Building : Covered Area :- 9200 Sq.M Uncovered Area :- 9000 Sq.M Work Force : On role worker :- 50 Persons Off role worker :- 75 Persons
