Areas• As there is a Guaranteed 354 Residential apartment Guests on regular basis reasonable turnout of guests are

expected to use this facilities

WEAKNESSES• Its Not possible to maintain High margin as there is tremendous Competition circling the location• The Operator should adopt high standards of quality , quantity to compete in the Area • We will have to sustain with the same flow of Residential Guests • Food Cost are likely on the higher side as there is no flexibility Menu Rotation and the margin would be very low ,

and the operator will have to subsist with limited returns• As the kitchen facilities is mundane , the choice of Menu is limited• As there is no exhaust facilities in the Kitchen , the operator would have to function with basic kitchen equipments

like oven and induction stove as such in the absence bulk cooking costing will be very high• The Operator would still strive to maintain optimum costs and Margins• As the operator has to employ quality Staff it is necessary that we optimize costs to maintain and establish the

quality of the Restaurant
