European Muaythai League goes into the 2nd season in 2015

EUROPEAN PROMOTER`S COUNCIL

• The European Muaythai League is under the patronage of the European Promoter`s Council (E.P.C.) – a cooperation of the most active promoters in the European Muaythai Federation (E.M.F.)

• The E.P.C. organizes fights in the professional field under the

Muaythai rules of the World Muaythai Council (W.M.C.), which is under the patronage of His Majesty, The King of Thailand.

• The Muaythai fights of the European Muaythai League (E.M.L.)

exclusively take place under the banner of World Muaythai Council and all important rules, regulations and decision of W.M.C. have to be accepted by the E.M.L. promoters Europeanwide.

E.M.L. IS A EUROPEANWIDE MUAYTHAI FIGHTING SERIES

• The E.M.L. brand stands for exciting and top-level fights with

participants of 8 European countries only and common standards.

• The E.M.L. promoters commit themselves to provide the E.M.L.

with four fighters that are the best according to the national ranking in three official weight categories

• E.M.L. Event Locations have to fulfil a strict catalog of

requirements and offer professional standards.

• Identical schedules and clear structures guarantee the consistency of the E.M.L. events.

• Weight categories - 66,68 kg - 72,57 kg - 76,20 kg

• These are the most popular weight categories. • Corresponding with the most popular weight categories of the

Asian challengers – East meets West Muaythai series.

EUROPEAN MUAYTHAI LEAGUE STRUCTURE

• Fights in all three official E.M.L. weight categories will be organised nationalwide in one event of 4 Man tournements

• European E.M.L. Finals will be organised in one weight

category of an 8 Man tournament.

• EAST MEETS WEST – The three European E.M.L. Champions will meet three Asian top fighters in Asia or Europe.

EUROPEAN MUAYTHAI LEAGUE BROADCASTING

• The E.M.L. has been working with Wige Media AG, also Stream2go and 360 Fights.com to televise the events.

• To guarantee a top standard of stadiums and broadcasting the

events properly for the E.M.L. events, an official Technical Delegate has to be invited by the E.M.L. promoter, before the permission to organise the E.M.L. is given.

• To show up fairness and knowledge, all E.M.L. promoters have

to make sure to invite only licenced and approved professional Muaythai Referees/Judges, who passed their examination with

- World Muaythai Council - Sports Authority of Thailand - Rajadamnern Stadium Bangkok - Lumpinee Stadium Bangkok

• as professional Muaythai Referess/Judges. Amateur Muaythai

judges/referees cannot judge official E.M.L. Muaythai matches.
