THE LARGEST MOORED SEMI-SUBMERSIBLE PRODUCTION PLATFORM LOCATED IN 1,920M OF WATER. IT IS THE LARGEST OFFSHORE PRODUCTION PLATFORM IN THE GULF OF MEXICO, WITH A PROCESSING
CAPACITY OF 250 THOUSAND BARRELS PER DAY OF OIL AND 200 MILLION CUBIC FEET OF GAS PER DAY. THE PLATFORM FOUND LISTED DAYS AFTER HURRICANE DENNIS

THE FIELD IS OPERATED BY USING A SPAR FLOATING PLATFORM BUILT IN FINLAND. THE SPAR MEASURES ARE 39M IN DIAMETER AND 167.5M IN LENGTH. ITS WEIGHT IS 19,000T (METRIC). THE DECK MEASURES ARE 67 BY 50M. IT
INCLUDES PRODUCTION FACILITIES WITH 13 PRODUCTION SLOTS, A DRILLING RISER SLOT AND TWO SERVICE SLOTS, AND QUARTERS FOR 150 PERSONNEL. THE TOPSIDE RIG WAS LOST DURING HURRICANE IKE.
