Graduated from Moscow Road Construction institute (MMRI), faculty of Construction of roads and airdromes. After graduation from MMRI relocated to Italy entered postgraduate course in Vicenza (Italy).

This accumulated experience and knowledge permits RDCM to work in di� erent areas, such as capital construction, designing and � nishing works''

Graduated from Moscow Road Construction Institute (MMCI). 1996-2003 – Engineering Manager at Hines International.

The second highest educational award attained in the Moscow Management Institute (MMI). 1992 Director of Engineering services at Hines International. A very experienced specialist with up to 30 years in the construction business.
