Pledge support for fibre on-line.Residents can search their address to find updates on the fibre roll-out to their home. We ask residents to express their support for the fibre project by completing a non-binding survey. VUMA offers support in the form of making presentations, driving social media platforms, giving talks, etc.

Define you fibrehood We use a tool called “Service Zones” – this is an online environment dedicated to your suburb. We use it throughout the project to update residents. Residents use this to get info, express interest, sign up and find updates on the roll out.

The minimum target must be reached before we agree to install the fibre. Each fibrehood needs to reach a minimum target of expressed interest, i.e. a min% of households who has taken the survey., before VUMA will install the fibre. Fibrehoods compete for who gets the fibre first based on the amount of interest they can gather.

Crossing of driveways

• Sorry. We cannot avoid this. • We will take every pre-caution to complete builds in a

quality manner. • We will re-instate the driveways and sidewalks to their

original or better condition.• We will contact every resident prior to the installation and

explain the exact process followed and confirm location of wall box.

• If we cause any damage we will repair it. • Final sign-off on the quality of the work will be jointly

between VUMA and our consulting engineers. We warrantee all driveways and sidewalks for one year, and should any sagging occur in this time, please call us, and we will fix it.

• It will take one of our teams 14 days to complete a block of houses, before they move on to the next block.
