• Magnaghi was born in 1936 as company producing, landing gears, fuel tank, oil tank, engine components for military aeronautic industries;
• In the ‘70 the co-operation with Messier Bugatti in engineering and on license construction field introduced the Company to the civil market;
• The years spent in this area and the experience gained in the entire process increased the capability of the Company up to a full design authority on complete landing gear system;
• In 1998 Magnaghi Napoli and Magnaghi Milano were merged into one company;
• End of 2001 Magnaghi Aeronautica joined Invesco Group.
