Questions about Data Discoveries No SurpriseWhat can I do to support Tier 3 students (70%) with foundational skills? (Teacher #1)

I discovered when observing teacher #1 that her RTI plan for the 12 students (70%) in the foundational reading category has small group planning verses one-on-one intervention

I’m not sureprised that operations and algebra is so high at the beginning of Kindergarten.
