DESCRIPTION
Both the said instances are steadily ignoring my letters of complaints against some company which has controlling them rigidly. First of my letters were simple thrown out by Kyiv administration (control of consumptions office) and later by the relevant regional State office (see pages 1-2). An impudent lie of State Inspection lies in refusing self-willingly from its supervising functions (see pp. 3-5). In the same time, Kyiv administration is cheating unboundedly with the aim to avoid proper consideration of the case (see pp. 7-11).TRANSCRIPT
