● Calendars are full but there are 5 spots that can be available for potential donationsOutcome: must have potential donor by 2/20/2017 in order to make deadline

● Calendars need to be printed by 2/28 to be handed out at the team parent meeting. ● Calendars will be distributed 5 per player.

Outcome: Team parent coordinator will work with Team moms in getting them out and explaining mandatory sale

Outcome: Niche and Neil will make contact to set up● Field Maintenance Day Scheduled for 2/11-12 8am

Outcome: Goal is to create a list, send out email of what equipment is needed and who has the equipment to handle the task for process to run smoother

● Status with Louis Korry and Pepe; Need to come up with an action plan Outcome: Doug met with Pepe and has itemized list of what is needed. Board will review list at next board meeting

● Blair Score Board needs to be check and make sure it’s working. It was not working towards the end of last season. Check Ford Score Board while we are at it.Score booth PA systems need to be checked. May need to purchase new equipment. Outcome: Neil, Niche, and Bryan will look at these items on field prep day this weekend

IT / Website Manager● Need to get Dick’s Flyer up on the website and send an email blast to the league. FCYB
