Jurby WaterTech International is the only company in Europe that accommodates the production of composite pressure vessels for membrane technologies and tanks for filtration plants at the same manufacturing facilities. This makes it possible to effect mixed deliveries of both type vessels directly from the manufacturer. No one manufacturer of similar products in Europe can provide this opportunity.
The Components Division of Jurby WaterTech International offers a full line of the in-house AquaShell and ROShell composite pressure vessels manufactured of the epoxy resin composite and glass fiber.
The quality of AquaShell and ROShell pressure vessels is ensured by the computer-aided control of automatic equipment and the work of the highly qualified staff. The production quality control is maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

• Within the warranty period, any AquaShell vessel will be replaced free of charge in case of the nonconformity of the quality technical parameters to the set ones.

• Internal liner is made of food-grade polyethylene from the leading European suppliers.
• Glass fiber wound ensures the vessel strength at permissible internal pressure
• Pressure vessels diameter: 8” - 48”
• Operating temperature +1C, max +50C
• Operating pressure: up to 10 bar
• Colors: blue; other RAL colors are available on request
• Top thread: 2.5” and 4”, or 6” flange connection
• Minimum fatigue testing: min. 250.000 cycles between 0 - 10 bar

Each ROShell vessel has its coding. For example: RS403E600 means that this is a vessel with the end-port connection, of 4” diameter, consisting of 3 membranes, operating pressure – 600 PSI.
