Ordering for schools is easy peasy 1. Choose the garments you like and we’ll

send you a free sample with no obligation to buy.

2. Send us your logo – we’ll whizz up an embroidered patch free of charge for you to approve.

3. Fit testing garments are available for pupils to try on, to make sure you order the right sizes.

4. Order by email, fax or post, whichever is easiest for you. We’ll confirm your order and let you know when it will be delivered.

Easy peasy ordering for parentsPB Parents Online is our simple online ordering service. The service is tailor-made for your school, giving parents a handy way to buy schoolwear, whilst freeing up your time and resources. Our online prices are slightly higher than our ‘direct to school’ catalogue prices, but ordering online is still likely to be cheaper for parents, compared to buying from a schoolwear shop. If you’d like your schoolwear to be available through a shop, we can do that too and we’re more than happy to work with your chosen retailer.

No minimum order quantity There’s no minimum order quantity for plain or embroidered garments unless otherwise specified. For caps/hats and printed clothing, the minimum order quantity is 12.

Free samples We know choosing the right schoolwear is a big decision. To help, we can send you free samples, so you can get a feel for our clothing. You’re even welcome to wear and wash all styles of sweatshirts, polo shirts and knitwear. All we ask is you return all other items within 4 weeks, via our FREEPOST service.

Free delivery You won’t pay a penny for delivery if your order is £50 or over. If it’s less, you’ll pay just £5 + VAT (UK mainland only). We aim to deliver stocked items within 10 days throughout the year. Special items may take longer to deliver.

Free embroidery set up We’ll set up your embroidery absolutely free and the cost of adding it to garments is included in the price where stated. We’ll send you a sample patch to approve too, before we complete your order.

Free screen printing set up We’ll set up your print artwork absolutely free and charge you just 50p per garment unless otherwise specified. This is for a single colour print and we’ll send you a visual to approve before we complete your order. Minimum order quantity 12.

Fair payment terms and no VAT Our prices exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. Children’s clothing of any size that includes a prominent logo or badge identifying it as part of your official school uniform, can be bought VAT free. This is as long as your school caters exclusively for children under 14, exclusions apply where stated. If you think you qualify, we’ll send you a form to complete and return with your order. You will have to pay VAT on staff clothing though. We’ll ask you to pay for your order 30 days after we send out your clothing, not before.

We’re here to help We want to give you a great service. If there’s anything you’re not happy with, simply get in touch and we’ll work with you to sort everything out.
