    1.5 Opening a Project

    %nterprise and Pro+ect data may be accessed in the Pro+ects !indo!" )o access Pro+ect information

    such as activities and relationships a pro+ect must be opened" 'ne or more pro+ects may be opened

    4 Any level in the %P# and information regarding one or more pro+ects associated !ith the %P# levelmay be accessed"

    )herefore opening the pro+ect at %P# level !ill open up all the pro+ects associated !ith that %P#

    Portfolio !ill be displayed in the Pro+ects *orkspace"

    1.6 Navigating Around a Project

    'nce a pro+ect is open the Activities icon on the ;irectory bar needs to be clicked on to open the

    Acti-ities #os(ace"

    After a pro+ect has been opened there are a total of four toolbars available
