It is wonderful to greet returning students , new students & families to our school.

Barbecue on Wednesday, September 19th

from 5:00pm – 6:30pm in our gym.

This is a time where we can gather to meet

one another & enjoy a barbeque,

salads & fruit. We hope to see all the

students & their families here for this event.

Student Registration Forms It is very important that the school have updated, current information on all of our

students. Student Registration Forms and Permissions Forms were sent home last

week. Please ensure that these forms are returned to the school as soon as possible.

Please make sure your child/ren know

what their after school routine is

before they leave the house in the

morning.

We often receive phone calls asking

us to pass on after school messages

for students - from repeat, daily

reminders to where they need to go;

a change of routine; or just that their

parent is sitting outside waiting for

them.

Although we do our best to ensure

students get their messages, we can

not guarantee that students will pick

up their messages at the end of the

day.

Please make sure your children know

what their after school routine will

be, where they should be, or where

they should meet with you before

they leave the house in the morning.

As afternoons are a very busy time in

the office we would like to ask that if

you are at the school to pick up your

child please do not call the school

from your vehicle in the car park to

ask us to send your child outside.

Please come into the school to

collect your child from their

classroom.

If there is a change in your

child’s after school routine,

please send a note to let us

know.

Without a note, we will have

your child follow their

regular after school routine.
