DePaul University Printing in CS6 EPSON 4800/4880 – Sheet Paper The below is an efficient procedure for making prints using the Epson 4880 via CS6 using Sheet Paper. Process 1: 8.5 x 11” print
1) Open your file in CS6. If it is already open, Save your file before resizing. 2) Resize your file to fit standard sheet paper (8.5x11”, 11x17”, 13x19” etc)
See below for an example:
-‐ When resizing, leave some room for margins. In this case, the file has been sized to fit an 8.5 x 11” piece of paper with margins. When resizing, always make sure you are not accidentally interpolating your file!
3) Flatten your file. It is now ready to send to the printer.
*For print sharpening, see additional document.
