WORKERS COMPENSATION PROJECT

Workers Compensation project is part of Aetna Health Care project. The main objective of this project is to provide Health care benefits for the injured workers during physical work. Pharmacy Benefit Management is one of the application in Workers Compensation project used by the customer care executives to serve the injured workers. the major functionalities of the application are Enrolling the injured workers for claims, Priorauthorizations of drugs, Searching for injured worker information, Approval of claims, Prescription and approval of drugs by adjusters, Searching for Pharmacies and Providers, CardExtension, CardTermination. Tools used were HP Application Lifecycle Management 11.0,Toad for Oracle 10.5 and SQL Server Management studio.

CREDIT CARD SIMPLIFICATION PROJECT

The objective was to verify all telephone banking functionalities after the migration of the back end systems. This project included testing of several front-end applications for Card Management and also the Agent side application and several different IVR applications. The major functionalities include Credit Card Maintenance, Funds Transfer, Bill Payment, Changing Pin, Loans, and Internet Banking Registrations. All the applications were tested for identification of defects thoroughly and to provide a good quality application. Tools used were HP Quality Center 9.2, Cyara Automation Tool and ADPART tool.

CCT PROJECT

The objective was to introduce the self-service options to the customers through IVR application. As part of this project customers were given an option to complete most of their tasks without speaking to the customer care executive directly in order to save lot of time and also provide a convenient and quick way for the customers. Tools used were HP Quality Center 9.2

B. TECH PROJECT

Project on Detection and Removal of Cracks in Digitized Paintings based on Java as part of engineering project work. The objective was to present the integrated methodology for the detection and removal of cracks on digitized paintings. The cracks are detected by thresh holding the output of the morphological top-hat transform. Afterward, the thin dark brush strokes which have been misidentified as cracks are removed using either a median radial basis function neural network on hue and saturation data or a semi-automatic procedure based on region growing. Finally, crack filling using order statistics filters or controlled anisotropic diffusion is performed. The methodology has been shown to perform very well on digitized paintings suffering from cracks.
