Agile Scrum Master: As a Scrum Master led the team to be motivated and self-driven. This helped to achieve the end objective and the release reliability for the program. This was a large agile program for development of a PLM platform with 66 FTEs across 10 scrum teams. Key responsibilities included,

o Facilitating the team in daily stand up calls, sprint backlog planning, retrospective meetings and removing the impediments for the sprint and ensuring a smooth release.

Project Manager – BFSI vertical at Wipro Technologies

Currently working in JP Morgan account for eKYC Project. The project involves eKYC HOLMES application hosted on the cloud to provide functionality for JPMC’s Know Your Client operations for Corporate Investment Bank clients. This is a specialized offering from Wipro that uses the artificial intelligence functionality of Wipro’s HOLMES platform.

As a Project Manager involved in preparing resource estimation, defining scope, scheduling, cost estimation, resource planning, requirement Analysis, change management and meeting project expectation and deliveries.

Responsible for monitoring, tracking the project activities, and ensuring the resource completing the assigned task and meeting project deliveries on time.

Capturing Project Metrics, Preparing weekly status. Metrics Analysis & Defect Prevention Leveraged DevOps Model with Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) for Continuous

Delivery and Deployment. One of the key responsibilities was migrating to DevOps Model and ensuring process

compliance and delivery excellence through adoption of best practices.

The project involved joint IP based product development with Putnam for development of investment compliance system with features to define and impose restrictions on real time financial transactions and investment.

Jan 2014 – April 2015 Agile Scrum Master - for a PLM Platform Program

Philips Account at Wipro Technologies

The project involved the use of a single PLM platform from 3 rd Party (PTC) in order to put the right product information for their users, whether Engineering, Sales, Service, or Marketing.

The project intended to enable true collaboration across teams, processes, and technology. Through the common PLM program, customer targeted to enable collaboration across their business units – Healthcare, Lighting, and Consumer Lifestyle to actively share product ideas, designs, and product development processes, thereby reducing the time it takes to get new products to market.

The project involved multi-party development model in an agile process with fortnightly releases. The project involved distributed teams across India (2 locations) and USA. The project followed Scrum of scrum model.

My role involved Scrum Master for one of the tracks – Change & Configuration Mgt (C&C) as a Process Coach and Facilitator.
