UNEMPLOYMENTOne of our biggest problems is the rate of young people who graduate and can’t find a job.The unemployment rate reached in the previous year 25,5%, most of them being graduated students.

Unemployment is resultedfrom lack of experienceand from the high-rankedneed of knowledge in thatdepartment which is required by the companies.

A very good solution that can help them achieve the needed experience is volunteering.

Volunteering can bring you so many opportunities,experience and fulfilling more than a paid job.

It is a job that keeps you active constantlyand although it’s not paid with money, but it is paid with developed skills.

While here in Romania no one ishiring teenagers who just graduaded due to lack of experience,they choose to go abroad in search of a job,where they can start using what they had learned.

EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM In Romania,the biggest mistake the educational system makes is that it isn’t promoting the skills and encouragingpupils to take initiative and make a change. It’s not motivating them to follow their passions and this is a weak point.Yearly, a child from 5 abandons school from different reasons,but the fact that thesystem is not taking anymeasure,the school abandonrate of 19% positioned thecountry on the first place inEU.

The system overfills the school curriculum,making it too difficult for them to concentrate on what they want to do in the future. The educational system should make a ‘’cleansing’’ in this curriculum and be more aware of the choices pupils make.
