1. Fear of losing ones livelihood

2. Family problems

• arguments between parents• can affect school – or social life • hard to obey parents • illness or even a case of death can influence teenagers

3. Health problems

• not everybody wants to get vaccinated• that can endanger other people if the persons concerned are ill • can even lead to death as we can see in the case of measles in Berlin• some people don´t have the money for

vaccinations

4. Political radicalization

• the extremely right-wing parties are gaining more and more (especially young) voters• young people are easier to influence• they think the refugees and asylum seekers are a threat anti-immigrant movements like Pegida have become popular in Saxony (Eastern Germany)

What the government can do:• Government passes legislation in order to

prevent data security breaches• Reduce and close security gaps• Most internet servers are outsourced to

countries where the legal regulations are less strong than in Europe
