Summary From the Bar Plot shown,it can be seen that Turkey has the highest rate of gasoline consumption per car.The dispersion of the statistics is very low using the value of Standard Deviation.It can be seen from the Histogram that information at frequencies 5.0-5.5 are not observed and areas where there are a lot of frequencies within 4.0-4.5 which includes 8 countries which are Austria,Canada,Denmark,Greece,Ireland,Japan,Netherland,Norway,Spain,Sweden,Switzerland
