WELCOME

Established for over 35 years, Procast has gained an enviable reputation for the specialist Production of high quality ferrous and non-ferrous nameplates, signs,

engineering components and orative castings. Production techniques range from traditional sand casting to fabrication and, more recently,

computer controlled milling. The castings may be reproduction or new commissions and with Procast offering facilities that include pattern making, polishing and refurbishment,

most projects can be handled in-house from design stage to finished product. The Company's specialist core products cater primarily for the transport industry;

road, rail and water - from individuals to major rail franchise operators

Headboards These are cast in solid aluminum as close as possible to the original specifications, with polished border and letter faces. In some cases there were two or three different styles of headboard for the same train over a period of years and if there is a particular style required please send a large SAE and an outline of the headboard style will be sent to you. Also please specify the background colour required, e.g. red, black, blue, etc. Normally the boards are cast flat to facilitate fixing to a wall but the British Railways lamp bracket can be cast on at no extra cost.
