Your Purple CoPE Book
A series of PLAN DO REVIEW sheets for each of the 6 skills (OP, PS, WO, LP, R, D)
Supporting evidence for the challenges associated with each assessment unit (set of PDR sheets)
Evidence that you have achieved at least 12 credits in total

e.g. The evidence for Working With Others can be found in Section 11C Planning Sheet 11C1, Doing Sheet 11C2, etc etc
…must match the file references on page 4 in the purple book
2. Taking the folder apartEvery Section C Challenge has to be described in box provided. Mention the SKILL you are developing as well as the ACTIVITY
…and make sure your tutor has signed and verified it
2. Taking the folder apartPage 5 is a record of progress, showing how you have accumulated enough credits to be awarded the CoPE qualification
It is vital that you record the total number of credits achieved in this box, tick Level 1 or Level 2, and, again, get a signature from both student and teacher + dateIf you have got credits from other ASDAN short courses, awards or agreed credits from other sources (Work Experience logbooks, etc.), write down the total credits here.Also, write this into the table on page 56 of your purple book
