Figure 4-1 Network for a Conference Through Embedded MCU
In the network shown in Figure 4-1, a ZXV10 T700 terminal is the MCU, and other terminalsare ordinary conference terminals.
Network for a Conference Through an MCU ServerThe network of the ZXV10 T700 terminal for a conference through an MCU server is shownin Figure 4-2.
l In area A, the ZXV10 T700 terminal and the MCU server are in the same privatenetwork, which is applicable to an interdepartmental conference in a company.
l In area C, the ZXV10 T700 terminal and the MCU server are in the same publicnetwork, which is applicable to a conference among different companies ororganizations in the same public network.
l In area B, the MCU server configures two segments, one for the public network andthe other for the private network.
This networking is applicable to both an interdepartmental conference in a companyand a conference between different companies or organizations in the public andprivate networks.
If A, B, and C form a MCU server cascading network, this network is applicable toa conference among companies or organizations which are in the public and privatenetworks. In this case, multiple MCUs are used.
