It allows you to transfer funds conveniently without the hassle of remembering account numbers. You will receive a Claim Code which needs to be shared with the recipient within 7 days. Recipient will need to key in the code to claim the money. Pre-Authorisation Amount for Petrol Transactions at the Outdoor Pump (applicable to Kwik Card) A pre-authorisation amount of RM200 is charged to the CIMB Bank Kwik Account for petrol purchases at the outdoor pump in petrol stations. The pre-authorisation amount will then be reversed and the actual amount will be charged to your CIMB Bank Kwik Account upon settlement by the merchant within 3 days. Alternatively, you may opt to pay at the cashier to avoid the pre-authorisation holding amount. Internet Banking Enjoy easy management of account through CIMB Clicks, mobile banking and also Clicks App. Users are also able to perform bill payments, prepaid reloads, remittances, fund transfers within CIMB Bank and many more. Akaun Kwik CIMB Bank adalah akaun yang boleh anda buka dalam talian, pada bila-bila masa dan di mana jua tanpa perlu melawat cawangan, dan anda boleh menggunakan akaun dengan serta-merta. Apabila anda memasukkan dana ke dalam akaun, anda dengan serta-merta boleh menghantar dan menerima wang dengan memasukkan alamat e-mel atau nombor telefon mudah alih rakan atau ahli keluarga anda (dan bukannya nombor akaun), memindahkan dana dalam CIMB Bank, membuat pembelian Dalam Talian, membayar bil, menambah jumlah kredit prabayar telefon mudah alih anda, membuat kiriman wang dan lebih lagi.

Dengan Akaun Kwik CIMB Bank, anda juga diberi pilihan untuk mendapatkan kad fizikal untuk pembelian di tempat jualan (‘point-of-sale’) di semua peniaga MasterCard di dalam negara dan di seluruh dunia serta pengeluaran tunai melalui ATM CIMB Bank dan ATM Bank lain dengan Rangkaian CIRRUS/PLUS. Pembelian Dalam Talian Pembelian Dalam Talian boleh dilakukan dengan mudah melalui Akaun Kwik CIMB Bank. Nota: Pilih “kad kredit” sebagai kaedah pembayaran untuk transaksi di laman web pihak ketiga.

Pemindahan Dana Anda boleh memindahkan dana kepada mana-mana akaun CIMB Bank di Malaysia sama ada akaun anda sendiri atau akaun pihak ketiga melalui CIMB Clicks dengan memasukkan nombor akaun penerima.

OctoSend Anda juga boleh menghantar wang kepada ahli keluarga dan rakan anda dengan memasukkan alamat e-mel mereka atau nombor telefon mudah alih mereka yang didaftarkan di Malaysia. Anda boleh memindahkan dana dengan mudah tanpa perlu mengingat nombor akaun. Anda akan menerima Kod Tuntutan yang hendaklah diberikan kepada penerima dalam masa 7 hari. Jumlah Dibenarkan Terdahulu bagi Transaksi Petrol di Pam Luar (terpakai bagi Kad Kwik CIMB Bank) Jumlah yang dibenarkan terdahulu sebanyak RM200 akan dicaj kepada Akaun Kwik CIMB Bank untuk pembelian petrol di pam luar di stesen minyak. Jumlah yang dibenarkan terdahulu ini

kemudian akan dibatalkan dan jumlah sebenar akan dicaj kepada Akaun Kwik CIMB Bank anda apabila peniaga membuat penyelesaian dalam masa 3 hari. Secara alternatif, anda boleh memilih untuk membuat bayaran kepada juruwang untuk mengelakkan jumlah pegangan yang dibenarkan terdahulu.

4. Apakah yang saya perlukan untuk mendaftar diri bagi produk ini?

Anda tidak perlu mengemukakan sebarang dokumen fizikal. Anda hanya perlu mendaftar diri dalam talian melalui laman web CIMB Clicks di www.cimbclicks.com.my atau Clicks App.

5. Apakah fi dan caj yang perlu saya bayar?

Laluan Perbankan Internet, TAC, PIN atau kod anda yang lain yang digunakan oleh anda untuk mengakses Akaun dan/atau Kad. Jika anda memiliki kad fizikal, anda hendaklah sentiasa mengambil sikap berjaga-jaga yang munasabah untuk memelihara Kad Kwik CIMB Bank anda daripada hilang atau dicuri. Anda hendaklah memaklumkan CIMB Bank dengan serta-merta apabila mendapat tahu bahawa kad/akaun anda hilang atau dicuri atau nombor PIN telah terjejas dan membuat tindakan susulan melalui pengesahan bertulis bersama-sama sesalinan laporan polis anda. Anda bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya atas semua transaksi ATM dan runcit yang tidak dibenarkan berbangkit daripada Akaun/Kad Kwik CIMB Bank yang hilang atau dicuri. Kami berhak menamatkan Akaun Kwik CIMB Bank anda jika anda gagal mematuhi Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat Akaun Kwik CIMB Bank.

7. Apakah risiko utama? Anda hendaklah memaklumkan kami dengan serta-merta apabila mendapat tahu bahawa Kad Kwik CIMB Bank anda hilang atau dicuri, atau Akaun Kwik CIMB Bank (bagi mereka yang tidak memilih untuk mendapatkan kad fizikal) atau nombor PIN atau mana-mana kod, nama pengguna atau kata laluan telah terjejas, atau jika anda mengesyaki bahawa transaksi yang tidak dibenarkan telah dilakukan terhadap Akaun/Kad Kwik CIMB Bank anda supaya kami dapat menyekat kad anda.

8. Bagaimanakah saya boleh mendapatkan kad ganti? Anda boleh mendapatkan kad ganti dengan membuat permintaan kepada Pusat Kad CIMB Bank. Bayaran ganti sebanyak RM10 akan dikenakan bagi penggantian kali pertama dan bayaran sebanyak RM50 untuk penggantian selepas itu.

9. Apakah yang perlu saya lakukan jika butir-butir hubungan saya berubah? Anda perlu memaklumkan kami tentang sebarang perubahan pada butir-butir hubungan anda untuk memastikan semua surat-menyurat diterima oleh anda tepat pada masanya. Ini boleh dilakukan dengan menghubungi Pusat Kad CIMB Bank untuk mengemaskinikan butir-butir hubungan anda.
