Page 1: Professor Evaluation - Nike Team Project

TEAM: NIKE

TEAM GRADE: A+

Organization and structure of ideas

Superb. Flow of ideas was excellent, with each section clearly there for a reason. Presentation was

structured in storytelling fashion, with dynamic opening and closing “framing” remarks by team leader.

Overall theme of a Nike “experience” was consistently executed and extremely well done.

Quality of research, conclusions and recommendations

Clear outlining of objectives, research methodology, etc. Creative, yet thorough way of presenting

secondary research findings; excellent use of imagery (pay stub, etc.) Excellent incorporation of sales

projections resulting from sponsorship, as well as share of local economy Super Bowl revenue. Strong,

creative ideas for maximizing the sponsorship. Showcasing of potential display ads was effective.

Consumer quotes saved for the end was a nice touch.

Natural chemistry among group members throughout the presentation

Exceptional. Clearly a strong and unified team personality, and the presentation was extremely well-

rehearsed. Beginning team intros were effective at setting a warm tone. Called each other by name, as

well as engaging CEO by name. Transitions seemed very natural, and team’s support of each other was

evident and warm. Quality of this presentation surpassed many that I have seen in the business

environment.

Quality of each individual’s oral delivery

Exceptional. While styles were different, each presenter was articulate, dynamic, and confident, with

little or no use of notes. World-class quality of delivery.

Visual design

Clean, sleek presentation. Use of primarily images rather than text was compelling. Incorporation of an

exciting video was a definite highlight. Excellent quality control; just some minor typos and

capitalization issues.

Ability to field and answer questions

Very well-done. Left ample time. Every team member contributed to questions, and built on each

other’s responses effectively. Team demonstrated total confidence and comfort in handling questions.

Not a single stumble.
