Mr. S.C. Vasudeva, enrolled as a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants ofIndia (ICAI) in 1962. He has an experience of over five decades in various facets of theaccounting profession.He was an elected member of the Central Council of the ICAI from 1985 -95 and from2004-07 and a nominated member from 1995–1998. He served as a member on anumber of committees including, the Auditing Practices Committee, Fiscal LawsCommittee, Corporate & Allied Laws Committee, Corporate Governance Committee,Internal Audit Committee. He was also the Chairman of the Accounting Standards Board(ASB), Financial Review Reporting Board (FRRB) and Committee on AccountingStandards for Local Bodies. He has also been the Chairman of the Regional Council ofNorthern India of the ICAI, and the President of the Income-tax Appellate Bar Association,New Delhi. He was nominated as a member of the Central Council of the Institute of Costsand Works Accountants of India (ICAI), was also a co-opted member of the AccountingStandard Board of the ICAI as well as of Secretarial Standards Board of The Institute ofCompany Secretaries of India (ICSI).He was also a member of the Local Advisory Board of UJF Bank Limited, New DelhiBranch. Mr. Sanjay Vasudeva has been involved in the audit of major corporate and non-corporate clients in industries such as textiles, engineering, publishing, paper, travel,software, power, healthcare etc. and presently oversees the Assurance and RiskAdvisory practice.He has also been involved in the audit of major nationalized banks, foreign banks andnon-banking finance companies. He has a good exposure to the Indian Accounting andAuditing Standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards. He also hasexperience in handling projects funded by Multilateral Agencies such as USAID, ADBand World Bank.He has also been an active member of the Board of Governors of the Delhi Chapter ofthe Institute of Internal Auditors (Florida) and was elected as the President of the DelhiChapter in the past.Elected as a member to the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountantsof India (ICAI) for the term 2016 to 2019.Presently the Vice Chairman of Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AASB) andthe Financial Reporting Review Board (FRRB) for the Council Year 2016-2017. Mr. Sachin Vasudeva has been involved in various work in areas of Tax Advisory,Outsourcing and Corporate Advisory Practice.

Apart from advising clients (both domestic and international) on various issuesunder the Income-Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act and Double Taxation AvoidanceAgreements, he has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings underthe Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner ofIncome tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).

He has a good exposure to business valuations and has handled share valuationassignments for MNCs and other listed companies in India. He has also handledmany due diligence assignments for large companies.
