Keynote SpeakerKathryn Finney, Manager of Digital Undivided

Kathryn Finney is the founder and Managing Director of digitalundivided (DID), a social enterpri-se that finds, trains and support urban tech entrepreneurs. digitalundivided has helped over 1,000 urban entrepreneurs create scalable tech businesses. DID runs the FOCUS Fellow program, a 16 week tech entrepreneurship program for black women founders/co-founders of tech companies.

Kathryn received the Champion of Change Award from the White House, The New York Business Jo-urnal’s Women of Influence Award, SXSW Black Innovator Award, The Grio 100 and Ebony Power 100 List of the Most Influential African Americans, and the Black Enterprise “40 under 40” list.She’s served as Editor-At-Large at BlogHer, and was one of the first lifestyle bloggers and the CEO of TBF Group, LLC, parent company of The Budget Fashionista Brand. Calena Jamieson New York Community Outreach Lead, Black Girls CODE.

Calena Jamieson is an advocate for S. T.E. A. M. diversity and inclusion, Calena serves as the Community Outreach Lead for Black Girls CODE’s New York Chapter and also volunteers with other youth-serving or-ganizations in New York City. Raised in Jamaica, Queens, she is driven by the potential social and economic impact in underserved communi-ties when youth are exposed to the possibility of being able to combi-ne their creative talents with technology to become creators, not just users of technology. Christina Morillo

Technologist, Identity Access Management Expert

Christina Morillo is a leading expert in Identity Access Management, Christina current manages Fitch Ratings’ Access Management Program. Under her leadership, the organization successfully completed implementation of a global enterprise IAM solution, resulting in centralization of HR systems, automation of several critical workflows and compliance with a variety of regulatory agencies. With nearly two decades of experience, Christina has also managed high-level technology initiatives for organizations like Swiss Re and Alliance Bernstein. As a forward thinker, Christina’s expertise has provided current and past employers the opportunity

to implement innovative solutions and increased efficiencies. A graduate of AIU with a Bachelor in Information Technology and a Microsoft Certified Professional, Christina is highly experienced in IT Security, Identity Management, Access Governance, IAM deployments, Global Implementations, Application development and She loves all things tech, especially innovative solutions incorporating new technologies and their global impact. Majella Marks, is the co-founder of Beau Exchange, an online marketplace for Black, Asian and Hispanic beauty product lines. She has years of experience in marketing within the entertainment and fashion industry, working with major corporations such as Time Warner, The Weather Channel and Versace. In recent years she has helped other start-ups and small companies progress their marketing structures. She completed her MBA degree, awarded academic excellence in International Business concentrating heavily importing and exporting economics. While completing her program she studied abroad and worked with a London fashion public relations firm noticing a void in the beauty market, which was the lack of minorities selling beauty products to fellow minorities.
