    Model Description

    OBJECTIVES Improve teacher competency, knowledge and performance in the

    classroom Provide a forum to allow teachers to share experiences, provide

    support and feedback to each other Provide support structure and mechanisms to allow teachers to

    receive credit (SKS) for their activities (direct cluster modules,support for distance learning modules)

    Participants: Priority is given to permanent teachers, good

    The Plan of Implementing

    KKG-MGMP Block Grant

    Pusat KelompokOutput 3 years:Teachers have been trained (basic & advanced); complete syllabus & lesson plan and test item banking areprovided; teachers are capable on doing CAR & portfolio, writing academic paper; there are 18 trained &experienced facilitators; head teacher & supervisor are ready and accustom to conduct on-service and evaluationon teacher performance.

    Transition program:

    Bermutu provides budget/grants for CAR, symposium, bulletin;Distrct covers budget for on-service & evaluation of teacher performance.
