MTB TEST DAY BAMBINI E RAGAZZI dal Giugno al Settembre Ritrovo: ore 9.30 in Piazza Marconi a Canazei. Termine attività: ore 12.30 circa. Programma: Giornata di prova allo Skillpark di Canazei per divertirci con i maestri tra salti, passerelle e paraboliche! I bambini e i ragazzi potranno poi decidere se partecipare ai corsi di MTB settimanali. Attività gratuita per i bambini ospiti dei Fassalandia Hotel. Note: Presentarsi muniti di bike propria o a noleggio, casco obbligatorio. I bambini devono saper andare in MTB senza rotelle. Età minima 6 anni.

MARTEDÌ AVVICINAMENTO ALL’ARRAMPICATA PER BAMBINI (7-14 ANNI) dal Giugno al Settembre Canazei / Campitello / Mazzin Ritrovo: ore 9.00 presso la stazione a valle dell’impianto Belvedere, briefing sull’itinerario e distribuzione dell’attrezzatura ai partecipanti (caschetto e imbracatura) Programma: si salutano i genitori e si parte, salita in telecabina fino a Pecol (m 1926); in discesa sul sentiero che porta a Pian de Schiavaneis (m 1850); si va a vedere dove arrampicano le marmotte, arrampichiamo e giochiamo anche noi con corde e moschettoni. Pranzo al rifugio Monti Pallidi (a pagamento € 10,00). Ritorno per il sentiero Lupo Bianco-Canazei. Ritrovo con i genitori alla partenza degli impianti Belvedere alle ore 16.00.

Vigo / Pozza Ritrovo: ore 9.00 in Piaza de Sèn Nicolò a Pozza di Fassa, briefing sull’itinerario e distribuzione dell’attrezzatura ai partecipanti (caschetto e imbracatura). Programma: escursione naturalistica nella Val San Nicolò fino a portarsi al Sasso Sei situato nei pressi della malga Crocifisso. Prove di arrampicata e tecnica di discesa con l’uso della corda, alle ore 12.30 circa pausa per il pranzo alla Malga Crocifisso (a pagamento € 10,00). Ripresa delle attività con traversata sul ponte tibetano, calata su teleferica a corda, guado del ruscello ed escursione di rientro a Pozza (ore 16.00). AVVICINAMENTO ALLA MTB PER BAMBINI E RAGAZZI dal Giugno al Settembre Moena Programma: scuola gioco di mountain bike con Gimkana su percorso tracciato con piccoli giochi di abilità assistito da esperte guide di mountain bike. Ritrovo ore 9.00 a Moena presso Ufficio turistico in Piaz Navalge – Rientro ore 12.30 circa. Iscrizioni presso gli uffici turistici entro le ore 18.30 del giorno precedente.

MERCOLEDÌ ANDAR PER MALGHE: MALGA JUMELA (dal 20 Giugno al 12 Settembre) Ritrovo: ore 8.30 stazione a valle cabinovia Buffaure a Pozza di Fassa. Programma: Risalita al Buffaure con l’impianto, da qui per il sentiero n. 643 si raggiunge la Val Jumela. Visita guidata della malga dove si potrà assistere ai diversi momenti d’alpeggio e degustare i cibi della storia ladina, che sveleranno tutti i segreti di una Val di Fassa da vivere nella sua dimensione più tradizionale. A seguire verrà proposta un’escursione alla scoperta della zona circostante, prima del rientro al Buffaure per il sentiero n. 643 e la discesa a Pozza con gli impianti. ANDAR PER MALGHE: MALGA SECINE (dal 27 Giugno al 5 Settembre) Ritrovo: ore 8.30 alla stazione a valle della seggiovia Prà di Tori al Passo Costalunga Programma: salita per il sentiero n. 17, poi in discesa per il sentiero n. 18A e 18 al Labirinto del Latemar fino al rifugio forestale Mitterleger. Rientro per la stradina forestale n. 21 fino a raggiungere la Malga Secine. In seguito ha inizio la visita guidata della Malga dove si potrà assistere ai diversi momenti della vita d’alpeggio. AMICO ALBERO: LA FILIERA DEL LEGNO (dal giugno al settembre) Passeggiata nei dintorni di Moena alla scoperta del bosco, con visita alla segheria. Ritrovo: ore 15.00 presso l’ufficio Sport Check Point di Moena. Durata: 3 ore circa. Attività facile, adatta a passeggini. Costo: adulti 13€; attività gratuita per i bambini ospiti dei Fassalandia Hotel.

GIOVEDÌ ANDAR PER MALGHE: MALGA SASSO PIATTO (dal 14 Giugno al 6 Settembre) Ritrovo: ore 8.30 stazione a valle funivia Col Rodella Programma: salita in funivia al Col Rodella (m 2387). Da qui si prosegue per il sentiero n. 557 dove si incontrano i rifugi Friedrich August (m 2298) e Pertini (m 2300), per poi scendere fino alla Malga Sasso Piatto. L’arrivo alla malga è previsto per le ore 11.00 circa. In seguito ha inizio la visita guidata della malga dove si potrà assistere ai diversi momenti della vita d’alpeggio. Si rientra a Campitello scendendo per la Val Duron. Iscrizioni presso gli uffici turistici entro le ore 18.30 del giorno precedente. Costo: adulti 12,00 € - bambini (7 - 14 anni) 6,00 €. La quota dà diritto ad una degustazione di prodotti tipici di malga.

ANDAR PER MALGHE: MALGA CONTRIN (dal 21 Giugno al 13 Settembre) Ritrovo: ore 8.30 alla partenza della funivia Ciampac ad Alba di Canazei. Programma: si percorre il sentiero n. 602 che porta alla baita Locia Contrin, per raggiungere poi il Rifugio Contrin posto a 2016 m di quota. Poco oltre si arriva alla conca dove è situata la malga, circondata dalla maestosa cornice del massiccio della Marmolada, delle Cime di Ombretta e del Sasso Vernale. L’escursione ha una durata di circa 1 ora e 45 minuti. Dopodiché inizia la visita guidata alla malga con l’assaggio di prodotti tipici.

COSTRUIAMO LA NOSTRA PICCOLA BAITA NEL BOSCO! (dal giugno al settembre) Ritrovo: ore 10.00 presso l’ufficio Sport Check Point di Pozza. Termine attività: ore 14.30 circa. Programma: Dopo un breve avvicinamento a piedi partendo dall’abitato di Pozza, ci ritroveremo in un piccolo angolo di bosco, dove impareremo a costruire una piccola baita in legno che ci servirà da riparo per il pranzo. Attività per riscoprire e sviluppare la manualità ed il contatto con la natura. Nel frattempo mamma e papà avranno la possibilità di rilassarsi presso le vicine QC Terme Dolomiti (incluso buono sconto per l’entrata alle terme). Attività gratuita per i bambini ospiti dei Fassalandia Hotel. Note: attività per soli bimbi, dai 7 anni in su; portare pranzo al sacco.

VENERDÌ ANDAR PER MALGHE: MALGA POZZA (dal 6 Luglio al 31 Agosto) Ritrovo: ore 8.30 partenza impianti Lusia in località Ronchi. Programma: si raggiunge la località Le Cune con gli impianti del Lusia. Da qui si imbocca il sentiero n. 623 che conduce al Passo Lusia, con splendida vista sulle Pale di San Martino. Si prosegue in discesa a mezzacosta per il sentiero n. 632 (Troi del Buro) fino alla Malga Pozza, dove viene effettuata la visita guidata, alla scoperta della malga e le sue attività. Malga Pozza si specializza, per la lavorazione della carne, nell’allevamento di vitelli e vacche (non ci sono bestie da latte), oltre ad occuparsi della coltivazione di piante officinali. MTB TEST DAY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNGSTERS (from June to September)

Meeting point: 9.30 a.m. Sport Check Point Canazei. Return: about 12.30 p.m. Programme: Test day at the Skillpark in Canazei. Have fun with our instructors experiencing jumps, boardwalks and parabolics! Children and youngsters can decide to take part to the weekly MTB courses. Note: Children must be able to ride a bike without training wheels. Please come to the meeting point with your own or rented bike. Min. age 6 years. Free activity for children which are guests of Fassalandia Hotels.

TUESDAY

CLIMBING APPROACH FOR CHILDREN (7-14 YEARS) (from June to September) Canazei / Campitello / Mazzin Meeting Point 9.00 a.m. at the valley station of Belvedere cabin lift in Canazei. Short briefing about the excursion and equipment delivery (helmet and harness). Programme: say goodbye to parents and let’s go! We will ascend with the cabin lift to “Pecol” (1,926 m) and descend along the path that leads to “Pian de Schiavaneis” (1,850 m). We will walk along simple path to reach a secret place, where the marmots climb. Here we will climb and play with ropes and carabines. We will have lunch at a refuge (against payment 10 €). We will then come back along the path Lupo Bianco-Canazei. Meeting point with parents at the valley station of Belvedere cabin lift at 4.00 p.m.

Vigo / Pozza Meeting Point: 9.00 a.m. in in Piaza de Sèn Nicolò a Pozza di Fassa. Short briefing about the excursion and equipment delivery (helmet and harness). Programme: easy naturalistic hike in Val San Nicolò; we will reach “Sasso Sei” on foot, located near the mountain hut Malga al Crocefisso. Here we will learn the climbing techniques and how to safety descend by using the rope. We will continue the activities in the afternoon crossing a Tibetan bridge, descending with a rope zipline, fording the stream and going back to Pozza di Fassa. Return at about 4.00 p.m.

APPROACHING MTB FOR CHILDREN (from June to September) Moena Programme: MTB lesson with gymkhana on a special trail, assisted by the MTB guides. Meeting point:9.00 a.m. in Moena at the Tourist Information Office in Piaz Navalge – Return about 12.30 p.m. Compulsory registration at the Tourist Office within 6.30 p.m. of the day before.

WEDNESDAY

AROUND THE MOUNTAIN DAIRIES – MALGA JUMELA (from 20 June to 12 September) Meeting point: 8.30 a.m. at the lift station of Buffaure cabin lift in Pozza di Fassa. Programme: we take the cabin lift up to Buffaure (2,060 m); from here we follow path no. 643 to the traditional mountain dairy Malga Jumela, where a guided visit accompanied by some explanation about the production of dairy products and some delicious tasting is organized for us. In the afternoon we have the possibility to do a short hiking to discover the surroundings of the dairy, before returning to the top station of the cabin lift (path no. 643), in order to get back to Pozza. Compulsory registration at the Tourist Office within 6.30 p.m. of the day before. Prices: adults 12.00 €: children (between 7 and 14 years) 6.00 €. The price includes a traditional products tasting.

AROUND THE MOUNTAIN DAIRIES – MALGA SECINE (from 27 June to 5 September) Meeting point: 8.30 a.m. at the lift station of the Prà di Tori lift at Costalunga Pass. Programme: we follow path no. 17 and after we descent path no. 18A and 18 to the Latemar Labyrinth and the forest shelter Mittelleger. On path no. 21 we walk back and reach the dairy Malga Secine, where a guided visit accompanied by some explanation about the production of dairy products and some delicious tasting is organized for us. FRIEND TREE: THE WOOD CHAIN (from June to September) Easy walk in the surroundings of Moena to discover the forest with a visit to the sawmill. Meeting point: 3.00 p.m. Sport Check Point Moena. THURSDAY

AROUND THE MOUNTAIN DAIRIES – MALGA SASSO PIATTO (from 14 June to 6 September) Meeting Point: 8.30 a.m. at the lift station of Col Rodella cable car in Campitello di Fassa. Programme: We take the cable car up to Col Rodella (2,387 m). From here we follow path no. 557, called “Friedrich-August-Weg”, which is mainly flat and easy. We walk past the Friedrich August Refuge and the Sandro Pertini Refuge (2,300 m) and reach at about 11.00 a.m. the traditional mountain dairy Malga Sasso Piatto, where a guided visit accompanied by some explanation about the production of dairy products and some delicious tasting is organized for us. In the afternoon we descend along Val Duron in order to return to Campitello. Compulsory registration at the Tourist Office within 6.30 p.m. of the day before. LET’S BUILD OUR LITTLE SHELTER IN THE WOODS

Meeting point: 10.00 a.m. Sport Check Point Pozza. Expected return: about 2.30 p.m. Programme: After a short walk from Pozza, we will stop in a small corner of woods where we will learn to build a small wooden hut that will be our shelter for lunch. Activity for children to learn how to build a little hut in the woods, discovering and developing manual skills in contact with nature. Meanwhile parents will have the opportunity to relax at the nearby new QC Terme Dolomiti (discount for QC Terme entry included). Free activity for children which are guests of Fassalandia Hotels. Note: This activity is reserved to children of minimum 7 years; please bring your own packed lunch.

FRIDAY

AROUND THE MOUNTAIN DAIRIES: MALGA POZZA (from 6 July to 31 August) Meeting point: 8.30 a.m. at the lift station of Lusia cabin lift (in “Ronchi”, 3 km from Moena) Programme: we take the cabin lift up to “Le Cune” (2.200 m) and follow path no. 623. We descend to Lusia Pass with a breath taking view on the Pale di San Martino. We take the easy path no. 632 that leads to Malga Pozza. The visit to mountain dairy gives you the chance to get in touch with all the different kind of animals (cows, calves and pigs) grazing in the surroundings meadows. In the afternoon we return to the intermediate station of “Valbona” cableway and take the lift back to “Ronchi”. Prices: adults 12.00 €: children (between 7 and 14 years) 6.00 €. MTB TEST DAY KINDER UND JUNIOREN (Juni bis September) Treffpunkt: 9.30 Uhr am Marconi Platz in Canazei. Dauer: bis ca. 12.30 Uhr Probetag mit den Bike Guides im Skillpark in Canazei mit vielen Jumps, Holzbrücken und anderen Hindernissen! Anschließend können die Kids entscheiden, ob sie an den wöchentlichen MTB Kursen teilnehmen möchten. Hinweis: Bitte eigenes MTB oder Leihbike mitbringen, Helmpflicht. Teilnahmevoraussetzung: selbstständiges MTB Fahren ohne Stützräder. Mindestalter: 6 Jahre. Kostenlose Aktivität für alle Kinder der Fassalandia Hotels.

DIENSTAG

KLETTERKURS FÜR KINDER (7-14 JAHRE) (Juni bis September) Canazei / Campitello / Mazzin Treffpunkt: um 9.00 Uhr bei der Talstation der Kabinenbahn Belvedere in Canazei. Routenbesprechung mit den Eltern und Verteilung der Ausrüstung an die Teilnehmer (Schutzhelm und Klettergurt). Programm: Nachdem wir die Eltern verabschiedet haben, fahren wir mit der Kabinenbahn bis nach "Pecol" (1.926 m). und wandern nach "Pian de Schiavaneis" (1.850 m). Wie die Murmeltiere klettern wir und spielen mit Seilen und Karabinerhaken. Mittagessen in der Schutzhütte Monti Pallidi (gegen Bezahlung 10,00 Euro). Am Nachmittag finden weitere Kletterproben statt und anschließend kehren wir auf dem Pfad Lupo Bianco-Canazei zum Ausgangspunkt zurück. Treffpunkt mit den Eltern bei der Talstation der Kabinenbahn Belvedere um 16.00 Uhr. Vigo / Pozza Treffpunkt: um 9.00 Uhr am Sèn Nicolò Platz in Pozza di Fassa. Routenbesprechung mit den Eltern und Verteilung der Ausrüstung an die Teilnehmer (Schutzhelm und Klettergurt). Programm: wir wandern in das San Nicolò Tal bis zum Fels "Sasso Sei", in der Nähe der Jausenstation Malga Crocifisso. Hier finden Kletterproben und Erklärungen über die Abstiegsmethoden mit dem Seil statt. Gegen 12.30 Uhr Mittagspause in der Jausenstation (gegen Bezahlung 10,00 Euro). Danach werden die Aktivitäten wieder aufgenommen: Überquerung einer Hängebrücke, Abseilen auf einer Schwebebahn, Durchwaten eines Bachs und anschließend Rückkehr nach Pozza di Fassa (16.00 Uhr). MITTWOCH

AUF DIE ALM: JUMELA ALM (20. Juni bis 12. September) Treffpunkt: um 8.30 Uhr an der Talstation der Kabinenbahn Buffaure in Pozza di Fassa. Programm: Aufstieg mit der Kabinenbahn nach Buffaure (2.060 m) und von hier zu Fuß auf dem Weg Nr. 643 zur Jumela Alm. Geführte Besichtigung der Alm, bei der man einen Einblick in das Leben des Senners gewinnt. Anschließend findet eine kurze Wanderung zur Entdeckung der umliegenden Flora und Fauna statt, bevor man auf dem Pfad Nr. 643 wieder zum Buffaure aufsteigt, von wo man mit der Kabinenbahn nach Pozza zurückgelangt. Anmeldepflicht in den Informationsbüros bis 18.30 Uhr des Vortages. Teilnahmegebühr: Erwachsene 12,00 € - Kinder (7-14 Jahre) 6,00 €, inklusive kleiner Verkostung der Almprodukte.

Programm: Aufstieg auf dem Weg Nr. 17 und anschließend Abstieg auf dem Weg Nr. 18A und Nr. 18 über das Latemar Labyrinth bis zum Mitterleger. Rückkehr auf dem Weg Nr. 21 bis zur Secine Alm. Geführte Besichtigung der Alm, bei der man einen Einblick in das Leben des Senners gewinnt. Anmeldepflicht in den Informationsbüros bis 18.30 Uhr des Vortages. Teilnahmegebühr: Erwachsene 12,00 € - Kinder (7-14 Jahre) 6,00 €, inklusive kleiner Verkostung der Almprodukte.

DER BAUM UND SEIN HOLZ (Juni bis September) Treffpunkt: 15.00 Uhr am Sport Check Point Büro in Moena. Dauer: ca. 3 Stunden. Schwierigkeitsgrad: leicht - für Kinderwägen geeignet. Programm: Spaziergang durch den Wald rund um Moena und anschließende Besichtigung des Sägewerkes. Teilnahmegebühr: Erwachsene 13 €; kostenlose Aktivität für alle Kinder der Fassalandia Hotels.

DONNERSTAG

AUF DIE ALM: PLATTKOFEL ALM (14. Juni bis 6. September) Treffpunkt: um 8.30 Uhr an der Talstation der Seilbahn Col Rodella in Campitello di Fassa. Programm: Aufstieg mit der Seilbahn zum Col Rodella (2.387 m). Von dort wandert man auf dem bequemen Pfad Nr. 557, ohne nennenswerten Höhenunterschied, an den Schutzhütten Friedrich August (2.298 m) und Sandro Pertini (2.300 m) vorbei, bis zur Plattkofel Alm. Die Ankunft bei der Alm ist für ca. 11.00 Uhr vorgesehen. Anschließend geführte Besichtigung der Alm, bei der man einen Einblick in das Leben des Senners gewinnt. Der Rückweg erfolgt durch das Val Duron bis nach Campitello di Fassa. Anmeldepflicht in den Informationsbüros bis 18.30 Uhr des Vortages. AUF DIE ALM: CONTRIN ALM (21. Juni bis 13. September) Treffpunkt: um 8.30 Uhr an der Talstation der Kabinenbahn Ciampac in Alba di Canazei. Programm: Vom Parkplatz der Kabinenbahn folgt man dem Weg Nr. 602, der, an der Baita Locia Contrin Hütte vorbei, zur Contrin Hütte und weiter zur Contrin Alm führt, welche in einer Mulde, umgeben von den majestätischen Gipfeln der Marmolata, der Ombretta Gruppe und des Sasso Vernale, liegt. Dauer der Wanderung: ca. 1 Stunde 45 Minuten. Anschließend Besichtigung der Alm, bei der man einen Einblick in das Leben des Senners gewinnt. Die Rückkehr nach Alba erfolgt auf demselben Weg. WIR BAUEN UNSERE KLEINE HÜTTE IM WALD (Juni bis September) Treffpunkt: 10.00 Uhr am Sport Check Point Büro in Pozza di Fassa. Dauer: bis ca. 14.30 Uhr. Programm: Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht man den Wald, wo man lernt, eine kleine Holzhütte zu bauen, die als Unterschlupf für die Mittagspause dienen wird. Mama und Papa können sich in der Zwischenzeit in der Wellnessanlage QC Terme Dolomiti zum ermäßigten Preis entspannen. Kostenlose Aktivität für Kinder der Fassalandia Hotels. FREITAG

AUF DIE ALM: POZZA ALM (6. Juli bis 31. August) Treffpunkt: 8.30 Uhr an der Talstation der Kabinenbahn Lusia im Ortsteil "Ronchi". Programm: mit den Liften steigt man von "Ronchi" bis "Le Cune" (2.200 m) auf. Hier folgt man dem Weg Nr. 623 abwärts in Richtung Lusia Pass, wo man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Palagruppe genießen kann. Anschließend erreicht man auf dem Weg Nr. 632 ("Troi del buro") Malga Pozza, wo die geführte Besichtigung der Alm stattfindet. Die Pozza Alm ist in der Verarbeitung von Rind- und Kalbfleisch (keine Milchkühe), sowie im Anbau von Heilkräutern spezialisiert. Am Nachmittag wandert man zu Fuß zur Mittelstation "Valbona" und kehrt schließlich mit der Kabinenbahn ins Tal zurück. Anmeldepflicht in den Informationsbüros bis 18.30 Uhr des Vortages.
