MXQ progressive cavity pumps (PCP) are self-priming, rotating, and valve-free positive displacement pumps that can process everything from thin liquids to viscous media (1,000,000 mm2/s). Media containing fibers or with very high solid content can also be reliably processed, as well as those containing gas and even foaming compounds. This wide range of media processing and the various standard models offered means the MXQ PC pump can move almost anything.

The purpose and function of the MXQ PCP is to move media continuously and gently. With the various material combinations for the rotor and stator, along with the extremely low shearing strain, PCP are ideally suited for measuring and dosing applications.

MXQ PCP are produced in single and multi-stage designs. the number of stages determines the maximum delivery pressure. This is up to 90 psi for single stage, up to 180 psi for two stages, and up to 360 psi for four stages.

EH, the robust pumpThis series is the basic design for all other versions. It is primarily installed horizontally and can be combined with all drive types.

EL, the compact pumpOn this pump, the drive is fitted directly on the pump itself, eliminating the need for a separate base plate.

ER, the open hopper pumpThis series is equipped with a special articulated shaft, on which a screw conveyor is mounted. For highly concentrated sludge, the pump housing can be supplemented with a hopper attachment.
