Top 20 cement enterprises: capacity over 10 million tpa

Clinker capacity: totally 482 million tpa, amounts for 34.76% of Chinas total.

Clinker output: totally 419 million tpa, amounts for 38.82% of Chinas total.

Top 65 cement enterprises: capacity over 5 million tpa

Clinker capacity: totally 673 million tpa, amounts for 48.53% of Chinas total.

Clinker output: totally 560 million tpa, amounts for 51.91% of Chinas total.

Sewage sludge treatment, etc.

III. Outlook of China Cement Industry in 2010

Transform from the 11th Five-Year Plan of vigorous development to appropriate

development in the 12th Five-Year Plan

Strengthen the merging and acquisition of large enterprises, enhance industrial

concentration.

Expedite the elimination of backward cement capacity, including 389 million t ofbackward cement capacity and 240 million t grinding capacity.

Continue focusing on energy saving and emission reduction for low carbon

economic.

Reduce CO2 emission is prone to be industrial quantitative standard andcompulsory target, This will bring a revolution to China cement industry.
