1- In the movie, there were two distinct projects related to the Bradley Vehicle (phases of the same project). What are these projects? Those projects were the creation of the Bradley Vehicle and the Testing of the Bradley Vehicle. 2- Who were the sponsors of the projects discussed in the movie? The taxpayers. 3- Why there was a lot of resistance for Colonial Burton to do his job? Because of the bureaucratic inefficiency surround the government, especially the Department of Defense. People is the office just want to be promoted based on the quick, and successful project. 4- Explain in details the culture of the environment where the project was implemented? The project was implemented in a falsified, greed guided environment. Most of the projects were done based on the satisfaction for power and promotion. Furthermore, there hasn't been a guided instruction on how to build the new system. These weapons were just in fact the collection of all the members' ideas and instruction without any proper knowledge. 5- How did Colonial Burton manage to proceed with this work against all resistance? And do you think he was a good project manager? He has to fight the system in order to gain the control of the project. Of course it was the system, i.e. the General prevents him from doing his job. However, as a project manager, he has to set up the project scope and seek the expectation from the customers. Furthermore, the General was actually right to emphasize the importance of teamwork. The Colonel didn't have the support from the project team until the final testing, which also emphasize his difficulties in doing his job. 6- If you personally was in Colonial Burton's place, what would you do differently? I wouldn't do anything differently if i was the Colonel. Actually, he was going to quit the job because he didn't have any support on his side. Luckily he wasn't alone in the ideas of improving excellence.
