Sub: Re constitution and revision in scope of Building Purchase Committee (BPC)

1. As decided by Competent Authority, the Building Purchase Committee has been reconstituted as under:

ADG-Chairperson Sc. G & Chief (Certification) -Member DDGA-Member DDGF-Member DDG (PP&C) -Member Head (CED) -Member Head PMWD-Member Secretary

2. The scope of the BPC also stands revised as under:

"To consider, examine and give its recommendations on proposals for both sale and purchase of office premises, flats, land/plots and to give recommendations with respect to giving premises on lease where BIS has built up property that is not immediately required for its own use."
