TRANSFER CREDIT FROM ANOTHER COLLEGEIf you started a degree at another regionally or nationally accredited college or university, you may be able to transfer credits toward your CCU degree. You can also earn credit through CCU’s partnership with Straighterline.

Associate Degree: up to 45 credits

Bachelor’s Degree: up to 90 credits

PRIOR LEARNING CREDITSave time and money by earning college credit for your life experience. There are two ways of doing so: credit by portfolio and credit by exam. Build a portfolio of your post-high school personal and professional learning experiences. Or take advantage of low-cost CLEP, DSST, and UExcel testing options to test out of electives and many general education requirements.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN PROJECT MANAGEMENTThe Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in Project Management is an essential component in the success of any organization. This degree is designed to train you in all aspects of managing high-level projects, including strategic management, project-based teamwork, risk reduction, and budget analysis.

Curriculum is based on real-world business situations, giving you practical, hands-on experience that is applicable to your current work situation. In addition to equipping you with a marketable skill set, our Project Management classes also challenge you to consider how personal ethics and values can impact your work.

Focus areas in this degree include planning, scheduling, and controlling projects; strategic project management leadership; and managing project risks.*

MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION –PROJECT MANAGEMENT EMPHASISThe Master of Business Administration program at CCU focuses on management and leadership. You will develop critical thinking, decision-making, and people management skills. You’ll explore the concept of “servant leadership” and consider how to incorporate the eternal wisdom and love of Jesus Christ in the way you lead and manage others in the business environment.

Our MBA programs are ideal for adults who aspire toward senior management positions, such as CEO or COO, or want to be successful business owners or ministry leaders. The principles and skills you’ll acquire will apply to you in both for-profit and nonprofit fields, as well as the military and law enforcement — virtually any organizational setting.

The MBA with an emphasis in Project Management builds the knowledge, skills, and processes necessary to achieve organizational objectives related to strategic management, project-based teamwork, risk reduction, and risk management.

CERTIFICATE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENTThe Certificate in Project Management will help you develop key leadership skills necessary for succeeding in today’s business environment. Through this certificate program, you will gain a comprehensive range of knowledge, skills, and processes that interact to achieve organizational objectives.

The Certificate in Project Management coursework emphasizes practical application and implementation in real-world business situations, integrating social and ethical implications in all classes. Topics of study include project management fundamentals, project planning, scheduling and controlling, risk management, and strategic project management. Course content has practical application in a variety of settings, from business to home management.

This certificate is available as a stand-alone program, or you may transfer 12 credits from the certificate to a CCU bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management in Project Management. It can also be used to supplement a CCU bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Organizational Management in Christian Leadership, or Human Resources Management.*

* Some of the project management courses are graduate level and may be

transferred to the MBA – Project Management program.
