Conclus ion

There are similarities and differences in the PM/BAroles and skill sets Project Managers manage the whole project

Business Analysts manage the requirements in the project Project Managers are involved once the business initiates a

project Business Analysts are involved prior to creation of projects and

after projects are initiated Both Project Managers and Business Analysts need to be able

to communicate effectively at all levels, utilize PMIs coreprocesses, and are tied to the triple constraint (schedule, cost,quality)

There are tools and techniques to help you becomesuccessful when performing both roles
