Project Description Objective and scope

The objective of the proposed requirement is to design and develop a medical website and android & iPhone where Patients and Doctors will be able to register/Login and can create their profile over the website/app. Patient will be able to add their information, health status, symptoms, etc over the website/app. Patients will be able to select their medical problems and will also be able to type in medical problems over the website/app. Patients will be able to view their previous history with doctors over the website/app. Patients will be able to upload information or pictures into their profile over the website/app. Patients will be able to view doctor’s profiles with their details over the website/app. Patients will be able to sort the list of doctors by “online” and can select any one doctor to initiate the call/video call over the website/app. Patients will be able to book ambulance service and will also be able to purchase available packages by making online payment via integrated payment gateway over the website/app. Doctors will be able to view patients present and prior information over the website/app. Doctors will also be able to view the history of all his and other doctor’s previous consultation with patients, chats, etc over the website/app. Doctors will be able to manage their availability status such as busy, available, not available over the website/app. Patients & Doctors will be able to chat (Text & video) over the website/app. Patients will be able to rate & review the doctors over the website/app.

So the main objective of Xtreem Solution is to develop medical website and android & iPhone app from scratch

and providing a platform that will facilitate the patients & Doctors to sign up and create their profile over the

be able to book appointments with doctors, book ambulance service and can also purchase available packages

1. We will set 1 free call for each user. On 2nd call we will check if user have paid or not. if not then we will ask for

payment. Free version will have 5 consultations. We will keep record on server, so if the user is installing the app on

new device and login with the free user we will check user’s free call and remaining consultations.

2. We will try our level best to implement the webRTC (free) API for text, audio & video call feature over the website/app and complete the project in time. If it will not be feasible then We will integrate the third-party API for

video chat feature over the website/app. The third-party API will be provided by the client.

11. Rate & Review Doctor Module: This module will facilitate Patients to rate & review the doctors based on their

experience with services provided by them over the website/app. They will be able to rate doctors out of 5 stars and

write a review on the basis of their experience over the website/app.

12. View History Module: This module will facilitate patients to view their previous history details with doctors over the

website/app.

13. Search Nurses Module: This module will facilitate patients to search for nurses by location over the website/app.

14. View Nurse Details Module: This module will facilitate patients to select any one nurse from the list to view its detail

5. Manage Availability Module: This module will allow nurses to manage their availability over their calendar. They will

be able to manually block the dates (complete days not any specific time slot) when they will not be available to provide

their consultation.

the process of successfully taking over the running and maintenance of the apps and shall be available for assistance

other company (developers). However if we decide to use another company or developers and require any details or

made via recharge card (Call Cards deducted from user phone or device) and Data for those consulting doctors. So

there will be no bank card payment for doctor/patient chat or video call.

Note however that payment via bank card will be used for other additional packages as stated below in No. 12.

Xtreem: We are ready to integrate the payment gateway whichever you want but I am not sure if recharge card

payment system and if you are having any API for it then we will need to check it first then I can let you know that

whether it is feasible or not. And users will need not to make any payment for chatting or video call as it will be done

via the third party API and you will need to purchase that third party API for video calling & chat feature which will be

on subscription basis. If you want then you can charge the user for booking the appointment then that can be charged

only by integrated payment gateway.

16. We also want you to use a good API that will charge minimal data and give good quality, like Whatsapp or

Skype for the video calls OR ANY BETTER ONE.

- Card Payments via InterSwitch. This is a card payment processor in Nigeria. In case you need us to get you the API

On that note, since our app is using a WebRTC feature that is quite light, can we start with a Virtual Private Server? I

leant even a shared server can handle it, but just to be safe and ensure it doesn't hang in the long run.

I have used a few VPS servers and I would recommend Beyond Hosting. Let me know what you think.

Xtreem: I would like to say that Soyoustart is not too much expensive and they provide low cost dedicated servers like

16GB RAM within $60 - $70 / month

We can also use VPS servers but we need a server with at least 4 to 8 GB RAM.

Aws is most popular brand but you know our product is going to be a huge project that requires a good amount of

RAM for data processing. but So I suggest you to buy a system with more than 4 GB of RAM.

Secondly, payment via Stripe is not available to Nigerians, and since we are starting from Nigeria, we recommended

what was available - InterSwitch Payment Integration. Please do your research and read up their website here

Xtreem: We have checked the InterSwitch Payment system, they are not providing any official documentation for API. If

you want to integrate it then you will need to provide us the rest API for this which should work properly.

Compatible Devices • The iPhone app will be compatible to ios version 9 and 10 and with all iPhone device upper to iPhone 4. • The android app will be compatible to android version Kitkat 4.4 to version nougat 7.0. • App will run on mobiles only in portrait mode. • App design will work on Mobiles only.

Note: This phase of the iPhone app will not be compatible with the iOS version 11 as it is not launched officially and it is expected to be released in November 2017. But as we will long term so we will take care of this version in the next phase of the app.

Xtreem solution ensures the highest level of confidentiality in regards to project information. All details shared

between Xtreem solution and the client shall only be used for development purposes, and shall be returned to the

client. Following are the information that we shall require from the client

Xtreem Solution is committed towards serving its customers and ensures that

Delivery of all the agreed and finalized deliverables.

Complete and Transfer the project in the mentioned timeline.

Maintain a 100% confidentiality of your data and intellectual property.

Transfer 100% ownership of the project to the client on project completion and deployment.

Provide a detailed help documentation if applicable.

Offer the warranty and support as mentioned earlier.

All material, including text and images, supplied by the client and used in the construction of the client's app

or web app, will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the

client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.

If at any point during the application or website development cycle a client wishes to cancel, they may do so

but will be invoiced an amount that Xtreem Solution judges to be proportional to the amount of work

completed on the commission up until the point written noticed of cancellation is received.

If, during the application or website development cycle, the client does not supply the feedback required in

order to complete the commission within a reasonable amount of time, Xtreem Solution will provide a

revised timeline to the client. The earlier timeline shall stand void.

Any payment returned by the bank or credit card company will incur an administration charge. This will be

invoiced and will be added to the total outstanding debt owed by the customer.

Xtreem Solution does not undertake to maintain or update a client's website or application project as part of

the development or design commission. If a client wishes Xtreem Solution to maintain or update a website

or application project as a separate commission, Xtreem Solution will negotiate with the client a maintenance

contract appropriates to the amount of work required. Website and application maintenance may also be

undertaken on a time and materials basis if the client so wishes.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected. You also agree that all

litigation will be conducted within the jurisdiction of the India and associated laws and regulations.

Website Design & Development- Additional Terms: The copyright for all non-software material provided by Xtreem Solution such as code, graphics,

photographs and text, will remain the property of Xtreem Solution until such time as payment has been

made in full whereupon they will become the property of the client.

Xtreem Solution makes every effort to design pages which display acceptably in the most popular current

mobile phones, but cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions

of technology released after pages have been designed.

Xtreem Solution will initially place the client's website on one of its demonstration servers in order that the client may view and comment upon the website's progress. When both Xtreem Solution and the client agree that the

website meets the criteria agreed during the commissioning process, Xtreem Solution will invoice the client for the

remaining amount due for the commission. On receipt of payment, Xtreem Solution will publish the website on the

client's server, or provide the source code for the website.
