Economical confines:• 100€ maximum for the differents prototype.

Physical confines :• The message must be legible in a shade of forest.• Standard size for the wheel(26pouces).• 41 letter maximum on the wheel.

Technical confines :• The letter must be legible in a matrice LED

5x7.• Differents material used must be light and

resistant.• The battery will be rechargeable.• The system must be light and not bulky.

Human sconfines :• The system musn’t harrm to the human
