This is a residential development in a gated community being built by an experienced UK developer in one of Europe’s fastest growing economies. Phase 1 of the project is fully funded and under construction. Phase 2 will raise money to acquire additional land and extend the project from 56 to 132 houses.

The national government is supporting this project through the ‘Prima Casa’ (first house) program, designed to help first time buyers into property ownership.

The three year investment option offers a generous, fixed, 12% net annual return (average) or forgo the six monthly interest and benefit from a 40% compound return. For investors looking for a shorter time frame there is a 15 month option offering a 15% net return.
