Personal nature expenses Any rooms serviceTerms and Conditions:- Conference cost is based on a minimum of 60 /30 rooms full paying adult passengers traveling together on the same itinerary (adult is a person aged 12 years & above) Should the group strength reduce , the tour cost will be amended accordingly

In case of any unprecedented hike in the hotel rates or transportation, the tour cost will be amended accordingly. In case of any hike in the fuel price levied.

Payment Schedule:- 100% of the Total payment to be paid at the time of confirmation of group with Lpc Travel.
