Front CoverWe would like the artists face to be visible and in direct eye contact to the camera.

The guitar being included on the front cover is essential because it fits the acoustic genre. The guitar is also a part of our music video therefore it is an instrument which represents the artist. The idea of having the instrument as part of the front cover comes from Alicia Keys’s ‘Diary album’ from our case study.

The typography of the title is to be kept simple and sans serif to ensure that it stands out and it is bold. It will be placed at the top so that it is out of the way of her face.

The background will be either a blurred outside location (most probably Walthamstow) or a studio background.

The face expression of the artist will be a plain look with no smile just like this one. This is to put out the same message of the song which is loneliness and that she only has her guitar and music for company.

Inside and CDThe design od the CD will be a close up of a guitar.

The image inside will be a studio picture of the artist and the guitar and the poses will be similar the picture to show she is lonely.

The face expression will remain natural and a bit sad to reinforce the message of the song

The bar code will be kept along the bottom corner (either side depending on the image) and out of the way of the picture.

Crediting will also be kept on the bottom out of the way of the image.
